1. Introduction & Enterprise Ownership

AlphaGrad AI ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") is an autonomous artificial intelligence educational technology ecosystem engineered and operated by NovaX AI (Founder, President, CEO & CTO: Mr. Divyansh Shukla).

Our platform provides 24/7 personal AI tutoring, realistic AI video and voice interview simulations, adaptive test generation, smart notes, printable worksheets, and career guidance tools for learners across India and globally.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the AlphaGrad AI platform (including the AI Tutor, Interview Lab, Test Generator, Worksheets, or other services), you ("User", "Learner") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Disclosures, and applicable Indian IT laws.

3. User Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate information during registration or Google Authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must not share your account or credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• You must notify us immediately at info@novaxai.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. AI Platform Services & Simulation Rubrics

4.1 Core AI Tools

AlphaGrad AI provides core access to its AI Doubt Tutor, Test Generator, Smart Notes, Printable Worksheets, and Interview Simulations free of charge to democratize elite educational tooling.

4.2 Interview Lab Simulations

Interview Lab simulations (including UPSC, SSB, Ivy League, Oxbridge, and Technical interviews) are AI-powered practice simulations. They do not represent official affiliations with or guaranteed selection into any university, board, or organization.

4.3 AI-Generated Outputs

While our fine-tuned STEM and reasoning models maintain high accuracy and output verified LaTeX proofs, AI outputs should be utilized as an active self-study and revision supplement.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary code, algorithms, prompt architectures, branding, logos, graphics, and interface designs on AlphaGrad AI are the exclusive intellectual property of NovaX AI and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and international copyright treaties.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or model weights of our platform.
• Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or abuse scripts to spam platform endpoints.
• Impersonate any person, including NovaX AI staff or other users.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or disrupt platform services.
